cable coil stretch wrapper machine

The most common steel wire product on the market is low carbon steel, which is the most widely used common steel material, generally used to produce nails, wire mesh and other products. Low carbon steel is made of blanks with a diameter of 5.5mm-19mm, cold cut to the required size, and galvanized on the surface for corrosion protection. The packaging method of low carbon steel wire is to use two types of coil wrapping machines, vertical and horizontal types, to wrap the steel wire coils. This packaging method breaks the history of large or heavy products being difficult to package, and protects the steel wire coils from external pollutants to the greatest extent, ensuring the quality of the steel wire.

The second type is welding wire, which can be made of wire rods, and the wire rods are then packaged using heat shrink packaging machines. The outer packaging film of the shrunk product has good adhesion and beautiful appearance.

The third type is stainless steel wire, which is made of hot-rolled stainless steel straight bar blanks, and then processed into peeled rods through annealing, peeling and other processes. Cold-drawn steel bars are made of wire rods or hot-rolled pickled steel bars by cold drawing, including round bars and bars of various shapes. Mainly used in computers, computer peripherals, industrial and ship shaft components, chemical and medical components.

Coil master Wrapping System by EMANPACK

The coil master wrapping system produced by the EMANPACK team can wrap wire coils with a width greater than 1200mm and an outer diameter greater than 1000mm. It solves the problem of being unable to wrap super-wide coils.
