Fully automatic pipe coiling and strapping line with vertical structure, designed for making reels of solid wall pipe. Continuous motion of pipe coiler and strapper. The machine is applicable to different pipes of variant diameter, wide range of adjustable reel inner diameter and outer diameters as well as the reel width to make your ideal package.

  • Automatic pipe cutting controlled by the program system, the coiling length per reel is able to adjust frequently;
  • The compactness of the coil can be adjusted, which can prevent the surface damage;
  • Hot fusing to strap the reel in radial direction, suitable for using PP strapping belt;
  • Pneumatic pusher and coil discharging mechanism available to customize.
